LLMAffiliate provides a platform that helps website owners monetize AI-driven traffic by processing content requests and returning enhanced HTML for supported integrations.

Our services include the LLMAffiliate API at api.llmaffiliate.com, an authentication layer for user accounts and sessions, onboarding flows for customer websites, and token-based website integrations including a WordPress plugin.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the platform, secure accounts, process API requests, and support onboarding and integrations.

• Account profile details such as name and email address.
• Password and credential data are handled through secure authentication workflows and are not exposed in plain text.
• Login activity, session lifecycle events, and sign-in related metadata.
• Auth and session identifiers (including cookies or tokens) used for secure session persistence and request authentication.

When a site is connected through the WordPress plugin or other integration flows, we may process:

• token for integration authentication.
• site_id to associate requests with a specific onboarded website.
• host or domain information for routing and validation.
• Integration metadata such as plugin or client version, configuration state, and onboarding status.

LLMAffiliate offers an optional integration that lets a website owner connect their own Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property so we can show how much traffic their site receives from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.

To provide this feature, once you sign in with Google and grant access, we access:

• The list of GA4 properties available to your Google account, so you can choose which one to connect.
• For the properties you explicitly select: session source/medium and page-view metrics, used to calculate and display AI-referral traffic in your LLMAffiliate dashboard.

We request only the read-only Analytics scope (analytics.readonly). We never modify your Analytics data, properties, or account settings, and we do not request any scope beyond what is required to list properties and run reports.

Storage and retention: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to make authorized, read-only API calls on your behalf. Tokens and any cached report data are deleted when you disconnect a property or delete your account.

Access and sharing:Analytics report data is visible only to the account owner who connected it. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties for advertising or marketing, or use it to train generalized or blended AI/ML models. Our use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the AI-traffic reporting feature described above, in line with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access: You can disconnect Google Analytics at any time from the LLMAffiliate dashboard, or directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

To generate enhanced content responses, the LLMAffiliate API may process request-level data including:

• The requested page URL for enhanced rendering.
• The LLM profile provided with the request.
• User-Agent details.
• Headers relevant to request classification and processing.
• IP, logging, and security metadata where applicable for reliability and abuse prevention.

• To create and maintain customer accounts, registration, and login access.
• To manage session persistence and secure authenticated requests.
• To onboard websites and maintain token-based integration connectivity.
• To process enhanced-content requests and return rendered outputs for supported AI/LLM traffic workflows.
• To read Google Analytics 4 data for properties you explicitly connect, and show you AI-referral traffic reports for those properties.
• To secure the platform, investigate incidents, and improve service quality.

During onboarding, authentication, and request handling, the WordPress plugin may send data such as token, site_id, host, request URL, LLM profile, User-Agent, and related request metadata to LLMAffiliate services.

This data transfer is required to validate the site integration, authenticate requests, and process enhanced-content rendering responses.

LLMAffiliate's auth layer manages account creation, login, session persistence, and request authentication. Session controls are used to keep customer access secure and to ensure that API and dashboard actions are authorized.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and operational data. Access controls, authentication safeguards, and monitoring are used to reduce unauthorized access and abuse risk.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, including Google user data. Data may be shared only with service providers or infrastructure partners that help us operate LLMAffiliate, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls, or when required by law. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing and improving the features described in this policy.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data we process.
