By accessing or using LLMAffiliate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform, API, dashboard, or plugin-based integrations.

LLMAffiliate provides a platform that supports onboarding websites, authenticating customer access, and processing enhanced-content requests through the LLMAffiliate API at api.llmaffiliate.com.

The service may be used through direct platform access and through integrations such as the LLMAffiliate WordPress plugin.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your account credentials, and maintaining the security of your account.

LLMAffiliate's auth layer manages account creation, login, session persistence, and request authentication. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Access to certain LLMAffiliate features requires authenticated sessions. You agree not to bypass, interfere with, or misuse authentication controls, session tokens, or related access mechanisms.

If you connect a website through the WordPress plugin or any token-based integration, you are responsible for the data and configuration submitted from your environment.

Plugin and integration requests may include token, site_id, host, request URL, LLM profile, User-Agent, and related request metadata. You must ensure your usage is lawful and authorized for your site.

You may use LLMAffiliate API endpoints only as documented and only for legitimate service use. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt request processing, or abuse platform capacity.

• Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to bypass security, authentication, or session controls.
• Sending abusive traffic patterns, malformed payloads, or denial-of-service behavior.
• Interfering with other customers' integrations or service availability.

We work to operate LLMAffiliate reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. The platform may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or service changes.

LLMAffiliate and its platform materials, software components, and service branding are owned by LLMAffiliate or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMAffiliate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

We may update features, APIs, or these Terms over time. Continued use of LLMAffiliate after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
